With a tight deadline, rigging all 13 characters efficiently was a major challenge. To streamline the process, we utilized Cinema 4D’s built-in character tool for rigging. Instead of rigging each character individually, we grouped them by similar silhouettes, reducing the total number of unique rigs to four. Additionally, we standardized the character topology, allowing us to share weight data across models, which significantly reduced rigging time.
